As you’re moving from room to room in your home, grab something that doesn’t belong in the current room and take it with you.

Even if you don’t end up taking it to its final destination, you can get it closer to home than it was. If you find yourself motivated, however, you’re certainly welcome to take it the whole way. Often, simply picking up the item will give you the motivation to bring it home.
