To access the membership areas of the site, users must have an active Project Quartz membership.

Content on Project Quartz is the intellectual property of Project Quartz, and cannot be reproduced without permission from Project Quartz.

Project Quartz reserves the right to terminate user accounts based on misuse of content.

Purchases

All purchases from Project Quartz are final.

If you don’t want to continue your Project Quartz membership going forward, you can cancel your membership from your account dashboard.

Coaching

Type of Coaching

Project Quartz coaches are highly knowledgable about a variety of tools for making your life more awesome.

However, they are not therapists, and Project Quartz coaching should not be considered a substitute for therapy. For easily accessible online therapy options, check out BetterHelp or Talkspace.

Number of coaching sessions

An Aventurine membership allows you to schedule up to 2 coaching sessions per membership month.

An Amethyst membership allows you to schedule up to 4 coaching sessions per membership month.

Unused coaching sessions expire at the end of each membership month.

Before starting their membership, users can schedule up to 1 free Discovery Call.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you can reschedule that coaching session.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you forfeit that coaching session.

Ensuring a Good Fit

For coaching to be successful, it’s essential for both the coach and the client to feel like the coaching relationship is a good fit.

If you (the client) feel like it’s not a good fit, you can schedule with a different coach or cancel your coaching membership from your account dashboard.

If a coach feels like it’s not a good fit, Project Quartz reserves the right to assign the client to another coach or cancel the client’s coaching membership.
